How long can we keep the samples?
14 days from the day they arrive. Return tracking is provided with
your sample pack.
Is the $150 sample fee refundable?
No — the $150 is non-refundable. However, you receive a $200
credit toward your team order, which is a $50 net gain when you
proceed.
Can we choose which sizes are in the pack?
Tell us your team's size profile when ordering. We curate the pack to
give you the most representative fit assessment.
What if we want to keep some samples?
All 10 pieces must be returned to qualify for the $200 credit. If you'd
like to keep them, the $150 is forfeited as the purchase price.
What if a sample doesn't fit?
Trying samples on is exactly what they're for. Just keep them clean
and unworn beyond fitting. Damaged or worn samples forfeit credit
eligibility.
What's the minimum team order size?
There's no unit minimum, but the $200 sample credit applies to team
orders of $1,500 or more.
How are bulk discounts applied?
Discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your total combined unit count across tops and pants. The credit applies on
top of tier pricing.
How long does a team order take?
Standard team orders ship within 5–10 business days. Larger orders
(100+ units) may require additional lead time — we'll confirm during
your enquiry.
