*Express post remains the fastest postal delivery option, however, Wear From cannot guarantee that next-day delivery is always viable. The timeframe provided is indicative and has been provided by Australia Post. Please refer to our carriers delivery times here. Wear From is not liable for delayed items and will not provide postage refund for items that do not arrive on time.  

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, and the parcel is returned back to us, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case that you would like to cancel the order, please let us know and we will deduct the return to sender fee from the refund amount.  

Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We endeavour to get your parcel out as soon as possible, please allow for up 24-48 hours for dispatch from our warehouse.

Embroidery orders will still be dispatched within 3 business days. 

All Australian Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you're welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery. 

All standard parcels are sent through an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Wear From is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Wear From will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Wear From holds no liability if an incorrect postal address has been provided by the customer.
